How do I solve:

x^2 + 5x + 6 = 0

x^2 + 5x + 6 = 0

can be factored as

x^2 + 2x + 3x + 6 = 0
x*(x+2) + 3*(x+2) = 0
(x+3)*(x+2) = 0

So, either x=-3 or x=-2
