This Privacy Policy applies to your use of kulsara.com ("Service" and "Site"). By clicking the "I Agree" button during registration, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

INFORMATION GATHERED & COLLECTED

Kulsara collects aggregate information Site-wide, including anonymous Site statistics, and if available, originating domain names and/or IP addresses. This is anonymous information - it tells us how people in general are using the Site; it tells us nothing about you personally. For example, we may track how many people visited the Contests page and when they visited, but we do not track who is visiting each page.

On certain pages such as subscriber profiles and registration forms, we ask subscribers to provide personal information, including their names, email addresses and various other kinds of information. This personally identifiable information cannot be gathered without your active permission and participation. This personal information is collected from you solely for the purpose of providing better service to you and to provide you with occasional email notifications of upcoming Kulsara events. You have the option to either hide or display your email ID.

HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Information Explicitly Provided by You

• Account Settings - The account settings contains information that you are initially required to enter during registration. These are your Username, Email and Password. You can decide whether you wish to have your Email hidden from other members, by checking the appropriate box during registration or at any future time by going to the "Account Settings" link under "Profile".
• Profile Information - Our site allows voluntary creation of a profile by going to "Profile Information" under "Profile". This voluntary profile lets you enter your Display Name (which may be different from your Username), your Gender, your Date of Birth and various other kinds of information. Any information provided here can be viewed by other Kulsara members. If you do not wish any information to be seen by other Kulsara members, please do not enter that information here.
  
• Subscription - Kulsara is a paid subsription service, and we require payment of a subscription fee. This requires payment information (such as complete billing address, credit card number, etc.). We do not store your payment information on our site. Your payment is processed by Bank of America Merchant Services using SSL encryption technology to protect your transaction information. Such shared information is protected by our agreement with Bank of America Merchant Services. Information We Collect

• With each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from Kulsara. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this Privacy Agreement or of the Kulsara Terms of Use.
• The software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
• Usage tracking – Kulsara tracks user traffic patterns throughout the Site but this information is not related to information about individual users. Overall usage statistics are tracked according to a user's domain name, browser type, search terms, and MIME type by reading this information from the log files. We use this tracking information to determine which areas of our Site users like and don't like. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.
• IP Address – Kulsara may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Web site, and to track sessions. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.

SHARING INFORMATION WITH LEGAL AUTHORITIES
Kulsara may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to the appropriate governmental authorities. If such information is properly requested by those authorities we are bound to provide it. Kulsara will fully comply with any and all legal requirements.

CHOICE/OPT-OUT
Kulsara reserves the right to send emails to users with an active profile. This includes, but is not limited to, service update notifications, subscription confirmation, subscription renewal reminders, event reminders, and customer support messages to inform you of specific changes that may impact your ability to use a service for which you have signed up. To inactivate a profile, contact support@kulsara.com.

This site may contain links to other sites. Kulsara cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any of these other sites. Generally, we will let you know when a link will take you to another site. Typically, these sites will open up in a new browser window to help you identify them.
At times, Kulsara may enter into co-branding or partnership arrangements with other companies. If this happens, an opt-in question may be present for contact from these organizations as well. Their privacy policies are specific to them, and Kulsara is not responsible for those policies. If you do give permission for additional email contacts from such third parties, opt-outs and record removal/changes must be handled directly with those organizations.

CHANGES IN POLICY
From time to time, Kulsara may change this policy and introduce new products and services to our members. If necessary any relevant information will be updated. You may wish to check back with us from time to time to view any updates. You will be informed of these updates and any privacy conditions related to these services through customer support type messages mentioned in the Choice/Opt-out section above.
